The Mississippi Academy of Sciences 84th Annual Meeting

What: The annual meeting is comprised of addresses, symposia, workshops, scientific papers, and exhibits grouped by division. The divisions include agriculture and plant sciences; cellular, molecular and developmental biology; chemistry and chemical engineering; geology and geography; health sciences; marine and atmospheric sciences; mathematics; computer science and statistics; microbiology and immunology; physics and engineering; psychology and behavioral neuroscience; science education; and zoology and entomology.

MAS 2024 Registration Details: Registration is required to attend any of the events associated with MAS. Fees may be paid online via credit card or through electronic PayPal. Cash and credit card payments will be accepted on-site with an additional late-registration charge (please see rate table for details).
MAS cannot refund cancellations made after January 13, 2024. For cancellations made prior to January 13, 2024, please see our refund policy outlined below.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Registered participants unable to attend MAS may request a refund until 5:00 p.m. CST on January 13, 2024. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the MAS program committee through email at msacademyofscience@gmail.com according to the following rates:
- Cancellation requests received until January 13, 2024 will be refunded the total cost less 25% for administrative fees.
- Cancellation requests received after January 13, 2024 will be non-refundable.
